Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, the 17th Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, visited the residence in Warakagoda to pay her final respects to the late Mr. Weerakoon Arachchige Martin Singho—the beloved father of the Most Venerable Kobawaka Dhamminda Nayaka Thero, Chief Incumbent of the four major temples including the historic Kataragama Kiriwehera Rajamaha Viharaya, and Chief Sangha Nayaka of Ruhunu Magampattuwa.
